Shipping policy

1. For online sales up to 3kg, SureShack uses NZ Post’s C5 Parcel Post with a flat rate of $6:00 for all of NZ, plus a $4:00 surcharge for rural.

2. SureShack will process your order within 1-2 working days while Parcel Post will deliver within 3 working days.

3. All items shipped are tracked and SureShack will email you with a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.

4. If an item is out of stock, SureShack will contact you promptly and offer you a full refund.

5. For larger orders (exceeding 3kg), shipping and costs will be negotiated prior to accepting the order.
