These terms and conditions govern the use of the SureShack website site and purchasing products from SureShack. By accessing and using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. SureShack may change these terms and conditions from time to time.
“SureShack” means Saturn Innovations Ltd, trading as SureShack.
Ordering products:
All prices are in NZ Dollars, GST inclusive and are subject to change without notice.
There is no minimum order, however all orders are subject to a handling and postage fee which will be added to your order. Postage fees are for New Zealand only. Please contact us if you want product shipped overseas.
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched. We do not offer payment on account terms.
An order made via this site is an offer to purchase one or more products. When you place your order, SureShack will email you an acknowledgement. If there are any issues with your order we will try to contact you.
Acknowledgement of your order or acceptance by SureShack of payment for your order does not constitute acceptance of your order. SureShack’s acceptance of an order does not take place until the order is dispatched to you.
Where possible your order will be sent in one consignment. However, SureShack may send your order in multiple shipments.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, any product will pass to you on delivery. SureShack may, in its entire and unfettered discretion, refuse an order. Refusal may, for example, result from:
The product ordered being unavailable, or
Fraudulent activity flags being activated, or
The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
Please note that stock levels are indicative only.

To the extent permitted by law, business customers agree that where products are purchased for the purpose of a business that the Consumer Guarantees Act or equivalent consumer protection legislation does not apply.

The name “SureShack”, and associated logos are the property of Saturn Innovations Ltd.
The SureShack shackle has patents pending and international design registrations.
All other content on this site is owned by Saturn Innovations Ltd. Saturn Innovations Ltd. is the exclusive owner of all rights in the compilation, design and layout of this site.
